  • ​K-Cash Connect Plus is a service that provides additional convenient means of doing transactions via Internet enabling your company to undertake cash management more easily and conveniently. Transactions made via the K-Cash Connect Plus can be classified according to the different access level of each user. The Service also enables you to check details of transactions prior to granting approva​l. ​

Q: What types of transactions can be conducted via K-Cash Connect Plus?

  • ​Basic transactions that can be processed via Internet Banking are:

    - Account Summary which will enable you to view the balance of all accounts added to your Internet Banking Profile

    - Balance Inquiry which will enable you to view details of your Internet Banking accounts Today Transaction Online Transaction or Statement Inquiry that can also be printed out for both deposits and loans

    - Funds Transfer where you can make remittance to your other accounts to other accounts or to other banks. Option is allowed for immediate or scheduled funds transfers.

    - Trade Finance Service allows you to open amend and cancel Import L/C for your convenience.

Q: Can we use mobile devices for K-Cash Connect Plus?

Q: Specifications of computers used for K-Cash Connect Plus

Q: Can McIntosh be used for Internet Banking?

Q: Is there any limit on Fund Transfer amount?

  • ​Funds transfers are limited at RMB 2,000,000/day. Should you need to exceed this daily limit, please contact KBank for more information.​​

Q: Can we use K-Cash Connect Plus when going abroad?

  • ​Yes, you can use K-Cash Connect Plus anywhere with internet access.​

Q: When is K-Cash Connect Plus available?

  • ​K-Cash Connect Plus is available 24 hours daily, except the Fund Transfer which is available during 08:00 to 16:00, business days only. ​​

Q: How can users log in to Internet Banking system?

  • ​Please follow the steps below:

    - Plug in USB key and input USB key password ( if you don’t have USB key, please contact KBank)

    - On logging on for the first time, the user will be required to change Login Password for security purposes. The Password must be 8-20 letter long. (Passwords derived from terminology in a dictionary, your own name and surname or your acquaintance’s name including easily-guessed words should be avoided.)​​

Q: What types of accounts can be used for K-Cash Connect Plus?

  • ​You can enjoy the easy access to your deposit and loan accounts with various functions under each account type which shall suit your needs.​

Q: If a company profile changes, how to inform the Bank?

  • ​Should you have any needs to change the information under the company profile, please contact KBank so that we can make sure that your privacy is fully protected.​​

Q: What does the K-Cash Connect Plus starter’s kit contain?

    A:
  • ​Starter kit contains one KBank U-Key, one [mini USB] data cable, one KBank U-Key user’s manual, and one username and password envelop. The starter’s kit shall be delivered to you with security seal, should you find the seal missing or broken, please contact KBank.​​

Q: How can we change the Login Password?

    A:
  • ​For the first use,​ the ‘Change Password’ function should be automatically triggered. For the next password change, you can go to ‘Security Center’ to change your password.​​

Q: How many times can the password be wrongly specified?

    A:
  • ​K-Cash Connect Plus allows 3 (three) wrong password inputs in one day (from 00:00 – 23:59) and 5 (five) inputs in total. The account shall be permanently locked afterwards, please contact your corporate admin user to unlock. In case the admin user is permanently locked, please contact KBank.​​

Q: What should we do when we forget the password?

  • ​Please contact your corporate admin user to reset password.​

Q: What should we do if we think that the password is known by other persons?

    A:
  • ​We recommend you to change password immediately and contact KBank for suspicious transaction.​

Q: Guideline for safe use of K-Cash Connect Plus

    A:
  • ​1) Please do not inform your username and password to others.

    2) Avoiding using automatic memory username and password function in the browser such as Internet Explorer.

    3) Changing the password in the first use and change it regularly (such as every 3 months).

    4) Every time you finish using K-Cash Connect Plus, you should log out from the system.

    5) Every time you finish using K-Cash Connect Plus, you should delete browser related cache.

    6) Please do not use virus or untrusted program effect to your computer.

    7) To avoid suspicious transfer behavior, please check the financial transaction and account balance regularly.

    8) Every time you change the information such as company’s profile, e-mail, please inform KBank immediately.

    9) If you have problem with using K-Cash Connect Plus,​ please inform KBank immediately.

    10) Please use K-Cash Connect Plus according to the guideline on KBank website​​​​

Q: Is the number of accounts used for K-Cash Connect Plus limited?

  • ​No, you can add as many accounts to your K-Cash Connect Plus as long as they are under your name.​

Q: What can we do if the account name shown on the Account Summary is not correct?

Q: How far back can I inquire my account statement on K-Cash Connect Plus?

    A:
  • ​You can inquire 3 months of transaction history on your current accounts, 6 months for term, fixed and call deposits, and 12 months for loan account. However, the inquiry interval is limited to 1 month period per inquiry.​​

Q: What causes an incomplete statement?

    A:
  • ​PC’s memory maybe causes an incomplete statement on IE Screen (Not so often).

    Suggestion: 

    1. Closed another application that is opening. 

    2. Clears the IE Temporary file and re-login and re-try again.​

Q: What can we do to view today’s transaction?

    A:
  • ​Go to Application Center, select Account Management, then click on Account Detail Inquiry.​​

Q: Is total sum shown always the most up-to-date?

    A:
  • ​Yes.​

Q: For scheduled funds transfer, how can I check if the transactions are completed?

    A:
  • ​Go to Application Center, select Account Management, select Transaction Inquiry, select Transaction Type, and click on Scheduled Fund Transfer.​​

Q: Once transactions via Internet Banking are processed, how can I check if they are completed?

  • ​Go to Application Center, select Account Management, select Transaction Inquiry, select Transaction Type, and click Intrabank Transfer/Interbank Transfer.​​

Q: How can we make Funds Transfer via Internet Banking?

  • ​K-Cash Connect Plus gives you the convenience of immediate fund transfer on ‘Real Time Fund Transfer’ or you can arrange your future transactions using ‘Scheduled Fund Transfer’. ​

Q: How do I know whether the Bank has already deducted and transferred money as per the instruction?

  • ​Go to Application Center, select Account Management, select Transaction Inquiry, select Transaction Type, click on Intrabank Transfer/Interbank Transfer. ​​

Q: How can I add or remove beneficiary Accounts?

Q: When making a funds transfer transaction through K-Cash Connect Plus while overseas, the date of

Q: Can we transfer funds on weekends and public holidays?

  • ​K-Cash Connect Plus service is accessible 24 hours daily for inquiry functions. But for security reasons, the all fund transfer functions are available only during 08:00 to 16:00 on business days.​​

    1) Check your internet connection.

    2) Check your KBank U-Key whether is it still connected to your system.
