On-boarding program will be settled at the first day of your carrer in Kbank. It is a great opportunity to meet management level, and gains KBank awarness.


E-Learning is the first career development tool that staffs can enjoy in our bank knowledge and several E-Training courses by him/herself since the first day of your career in the bank.


In Class training and workshop according to staff's professional area will be settled to build skills and capability, e.g. Leadership workshop, sales and presentation skill


On-the-job training will be provided to enhance employee's capability by mentor or team, and is a good chance to learn one-on-one through working process.
