Announcement of Kasikornbank China on Changing the Service Time of Enterprise Online Banking

Dear Customer:
To provide better online banking services and enhance customers' online banking experience, our bank will implement a new online banking service schedule starting from August 18th 2023. The details are as follows:
Internet banking service time : Monday to Sunday 09:00-17:00; The specific business service hours shall follow below:
Domestic and Overseas Remittance, Deposit Management, e-CNY Service, International Settlement and Loan Management: Mon to Fri (excl. public holidays) & statutory workdays 9:00 to 16:00.
Inquiry and Download of the Account Historical Transaction Records, E-Receipt, Bank Reconciliation and Appointment Transfer : Mon to Sun 09:00-17:00.
Except for the planned changes of the system, the Bank will publish an announcement in advance on its portal website to remind its customers about service interruption due to Internet banking service system or any other reasons. Customers shall be attentive to such announcement.
