Important Notice: Upcoming Internet Banking System Upgrade

Greetings!
To provide you with a safer and more convenient internet banking experience, our bank will be performing a system upgrade. Please find the details below:
i.Upgrade Schedule
The internet banking system will be upgraded at 18:00 13th March, 2026 to 8:00 14th March, 2026. The upgrade will optimize the interface and certain functions to enhance your user experience. This system upgrade is mandatory, as earlier versions of the internet banking is no longer supported for user authentication.
ii.Upgrade Guidance
Automatic Update: Upon your login original IB, the system will automatically guide you through the update process. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
iii. Important Note
Please be aware: Any pending transactions submitted via the old version of the internet banking system but not completed before the upgrade will automatically become void. If you have ongoing transactions, we recommend completing them or saving relevant information before the upgrade. And please ensure that all financial arrangements are finalized prior.
iv.Network Configuration Reminder
If you experience any difficulties logging into the internet banking system during or after the upgrade, please verify whether your Wi-Fi or firewall has a whitelist restriction. If such restrictions exist, please add the relevant domain names and IP addresses of our internet banking system to the whitelist to ensure smooth access.

Effective 14th March, 2026, the official customer notification email address for KBank’s internet banking service will be updated to KBank_IB@kasikornbank.com.cn. The previous address, kcashconnectplus@kasikornbank.com.cn will be permanently decommissioned on the same date.
