Announcement on Extending the Service Hours of Corporate Internet Banking

Dear Customers,
To better meet the business development needs of our clients and deliver more convenient and efficient corporate internet banking services, our bank will adjust the service window for domestic RMB interbank and intra-bank transfers, as well as the opening, withdrawal and modification of RMB time deposits and call deposits. It will take effect on June 29, 2026.
The original service hours (9:00–16:30 on legal working days) will be extended to 9:00–17:00 on legal working days. The service hours for all other services remain unchanged. The updated service hours for each business category are specified as follows:
i. Domestic interbank & intra-bank RMB remittances; opening, withdrawal and modification of RMB time deposits and call deposits: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), legal working days: 09:00 – 17:00 (CST, China Standard Time)
ii. Overseas remittances, deposit management, E-CNY, international settlement, submission of loan management application: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), legal working days: 09:00 – 16:00 (CST, China Standard Time)
iii. Account inquiry, downloading and printing of historical transaction records, electronic receipts, bank-enterprise reconciliation and scheduled transfers: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00 (CST, China Standard Time)
Please note that in case of temporary service suspension due to system upgrades or other maintenance works, our bank will issue advance notices via the official website and corporate internet banking platform. Kindly follow relevant announcements for updates.
