KASIKORNBANK (CHINA) COMPANY LIMITED Announcement on the Change of Board Members

On 24 July 2025 and 25 July 2025, the Board of Directors of KASIKORNBANK (China) Co., Limited (the "Bank") received the emails respectively from Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi and Mr. Anan Lapsuksatit to resign from the directorship of the Bank. In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Bank's Articles of Association, The resignation of Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi and Mr. Anan Lapsuksatit will not result in the number of the directors of the Bank falling below the legal minimum. The Board of Directors operates normally and all operations and management are carried out normally. Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi will no longer serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors or the Director of the Bank with effect from 1 August 2025. Mr. Anan Lapsuksatit will no longer serve as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors or the Director of the Bank with effect from August 1, 2025.
The Bank would like to express sincere gratitude to Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi and Mr. Anan Lapsuksatit for their outstanding contributions to the Bank during their tenure.
