Kasikornbank (China) Company Limited Interim Information Disclosure on Administrative Fine

On 17th March, 2026, Kasikornbank (China) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") received the Administrative Penalty Decision (Shen Ren Yin Fa [2026] No. 9) of the People's Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, who imposed a fine of 1.005 million RMB on the Bank for "violating the relevant regulations on financial statistics" and "violating the regulations on the credit information management ".
For the above issues, the Bank made rectification immediately in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the future, the Bank will keep uphold the concept of compliance operation and steady development, continue to strengthen the construction of internal control, and improve operation, management and services.
